These terms apply to use of SlateScope, provided by Mark Parq. By installing or using SlateScope, you agree to these terms.
Early testing
SlateScope is free during its early testing period. Features may change, stop working, or be removed during testing. Any future paid plan and its price will be announced before payment is required.
Permission to use SlateScope
You may use SlateScope for lawful business purposes during the test period. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or use SlateScope to break a law or another person's rights.
Your data and responsibilities
You control the spreadsheets and information used with SlateScope. You are responsible for access permissions, backups, accuracy, contact consent, and lawful sales or marketing activity. You decide whether to use sample data or real business data during testing.
Feedback
You may send comments, error reports, and ideas to help improve SlateScope. Mark Parq may use that feedback without payment or a duty to adopt it.
Availability
SlateScope is provided during testing on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No promise is made that it will always be available, error-free, or fit every business process.
Backups and loss
Keep your own spreadsheet backups before using setup, import, transfer, merge, or bulk-change tools. To the extent allowed by law, Mark Parq is not responsible for indirect, special, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss caused by access settings, user actions, Google services, or test software.
Suspension or end of access
Access may be paused or ended for misuse, security risk, legal need, or the end of the testing program. You may stop using SlateScope at any time by uninstalling it.
Google services
SlateScope runs with Google Sheets™ and Apps Script. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms and availability.
Changes
These terms may change as SlateScope develops. Important changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
